This Huia Feathers Wall Art set is a beautiful piece of NZ Made artistry.

The Huia feathers are individually hung, and come to you in a gift box. You can give them as a set of 3 or divide them up, perhaps amongst your children. Or keep them for yourself!

The feathers are made from ACM (aluminium composite material), a lightweight metal that will not warp or rust.

The huia design is printed onto the ACM. The feathers can be hung indoors or outdoors - if outdoors, they should be hung under cover and away from direct sunlight. They measure approximately 48cm (19') long.

Each feather has a mounting block with hole on the back, so you can hang it on a hook or a nail/screw.

The huia feather is a revered Maori treasure, symbolising leadership and mana. The feathers from the tail of the huia bird were highly prized, and worn in the hair or around the neck by both men and women. Specially carved boxes called wakahuia were used to store them.
